Ribeyes arrived in a timely fashion, beautifully packed and frozen on arrival. Tender and tasty on the grill. Great knowing the meat was grown in a healthy and sustainable fashion!

It is the perfect size for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The fat cap is mild, and the bison has a great, rich flavor, not unlike beef. I would highly recommend this steak!

Rich and Flavorful. Easy to cook!

The chicken thighs are great. Easy to take off the skin and the flavor is excellent. We grill, we pressure cook, doesn’t matter, always very tasty and juicy. Xan and his team are very helpful. last shipment got hung up with UPS for some reason so the delivery was several days late and the chicken had already thawed. Xan, immediately sent us another box, which arrived on time. Thanks again Xan!
