Unforgettable burgers!!

Wow. I typically make a ground lamb recipe 1-2 times a month, and boy oh boy I could tell the difference between normal grocery store and Whole Foods ground lamb. So flavorful and dynamic as a meat. Quality of this is superb. Don’t know if I can ever go back to any other lamb.
