PERFECT for chicken fried steak!

This was the perfect item for our hearty weekend breakfast before we hit the slopes on opening weekend! We dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried until golden brown and delicious! The meat was flavorful and tender. Great with hashbrowns and a couple eggs. My guests were impressed!
