Filet Mignon - Organic - B Bar Ranch

These are what I crave when I want a steak… tender, flavorful, no sauce (or even seasoning really) needed. These filets are absolutely delicious! The quality is outstanding. The taste is amazing. We have a steakhouse that serves Omaha aged filets and these beat them. Sometimes the cuts are a bit small, so order extra. 😉 I also keep them on hand for a short notice dinner guest meal. They’d make a great gift too.

I'm generally not a big red meat eater but this steak definitely changed my mind. The flavor of the meat itself was so different than what I have had before and it cooked so well! Can't wait to try again with other recipes.
