Don't let the name fool you, these have some serious beef to them. A thick cross-section of the leg that contributes rich flavored meat, delicate marrow and bone for stock. These will be perfect for Osso Bucco, or braised for a slow cooked stew. This product is 100% grass fed and certified organic.

Orders $175+ receive best flat rate shipping.

All orders are packed and shipped on Monday; order by Sunday at 12 noon MST for pickup on Monday or delivery the same week. Local pickup is always FREE at our warehouse on Mondays from 11am to 3pm.
