Boneless leg of lamb, 4-5.5 lbs.

This leg of lamb sings with some slow and low cooking. Sear and simmer with red wine or roast at low heat in the oven for a succulent dish. It is often cubed into large chunks for a springtime lamb navarin stew with sweet peas and tender carrots- an Easter favorite.


Chicken Creek Homestead is family-owned and operated in Livingston, Montana. All Chicken Creek lambs are Grass Fed and Finished as well as free of GMOs and Hormones. The ranch is certified by both A Greener World and the ASPCA.

All orders are packed and shipped on Monday; order by Sunday at 12 noon MST for pickup on Monday or delivery the same week. Local pickup is always FREE at our warehouse on Mondays from 11am to 3pm.
