All orders are packed and shipped on Monday; order by Sunday at 12 noon MST for pickup on Monday or delivery the same week. Local pickup is always FREE at our warehouse on Mondays from 11am to 3pm.

Excellent quality and taste

Much better quality vs. other chorizos I have made or eaten. I made chorizo tacos, and they were SO GOOD! Not too spicy and a ton of flavor - I didn't have to use any seasoning. Can't wait to order again - so many other ways this can be used!

I made the chorizo with fajitas, and used the salt and pepper with pasta and both were noteworthy meals. I will never order from Regen again WITHOUT including these sausage options.
