DESCRIPTION

1 lb package (16 oz)

These lentils are 100% organic and sourced in Montana. Black Beluga Lentils are considered the caviar of lentils. Rich in flavor and very satisfying. Chefs enjoy using them as a side dish, pilaf, or as a bed for fish. They have the highest protein out of all the lentils and are low in fat and high in fiber. No need to soak them, just simmer in water for 20-25 minutes until tender, then drain.

Please note these lentils are produced in a facility that also processes wheat.
