All orders are packed and shipped on Monday; order by Sunday at 12 noon MST for pickup on Monday or delivery the same week. Local pickup is always FREE at our warehouse on Mondays from 11am to 3pm.

These chickpeas are 100% organic and sourced in Montana. Black Butte Chickpeas are good to use in any recipe that calls for garbanzo beans. Great in salads and Mideastern soups. They are low in fat and high in protein and fiber which is great for a plant-based diet. They have a delicate aroma and a subtle flavor. You can soak them overnight or simmer them in water for approximately 2 hours until tender, then drain.

Please note these chickpeas are produced in a facility that also processes wheat.
