Sourced in Montana and organic. Harvest Gold Lentils are great to use in Indian cuisine, delicate soups, pureed for dips, or used as a protein booster in baked goods. They are low in fat and high in protein and fiber. Since their skins have been removed they cook quickly. No need to soak them, just simmer in water for 5-10 minutes until tender then drain.
Please note these lentils are produced in a facility that also processes wheat.
