Orders $175+ receive best flat rate shipping.

All orders are packed and shipped on Monday; order by Sunday at 12 noon MST for pickup on Monday or delivery the same week. Local pickup is always FREE at our warehouse on Mondays from 11am to 3pm.

Unreal Flavor! Best Steak I’ve Ever Had

I’ve had a lot of premium cuts over the years, but this grass-fed, grass-finished Wagyu skirt steak is on another level. The marbling was gorgeous, and once seared, it was incredibly tender with that rich, clean Wagyu flavor that lingers in the best way. You can really taste the quality of the sourcing. It cooked beautifully, sliced like butter, and was a total showstopper at dinner. Will absolutely be ordering again!
