Excellent as always

This large cut made 5 medium sized filet for us… each one tender and delicious!

This was the perfect item for our hearty weekend breakfast before we hit the slopes on opening weekend! We dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried until golden brown and delicious! The meat was flavorful and tender. Great with hashbrowns and a couple eggs. My guests were impressed!

The lamb is very tasty. We made kebobs and served with a greek salad. It was great!

Look wonderful. Will be saving for Christmas dinner.
