Medium-Fruit-Herbaceous: This unique olive oil begins with locally grown Italian, French and Spanish olives, handpicked and cold-pressed. These varietals are skillfully blended by expert vine makers from Paso Robles. A nuanced, and balanced olive oil.
Flavor Notes: Tropical fruit notes and herbaceous on the nose, fruitiness on the midpalate with a pleasant buttery and floral finish.
