DESCRIPTION

This vegetarian dish contains beet root, carrots and parsnips layered with goat cheese and sharp cheddar, wrapped in a flaky all butter crust, sprinkled with resinous herbs and drizzled with roasted garlic infused safflower oil. Makes a perfect addition to a big green salad or as a side paired with your favorite cut of meat. Serves 2-3 adults.
